Attach graphic to an E-mail:
(if you are not retrieving a graphic from a digital camera, please skip to number 3.)
1. Follow the manufacturers instructions for downloading photos/graphic from your camera to your computer. Generally you will have software residing on your computer such as HP Image Zone, where the pictures are stored.
2. After you have the graphic stored. Select it and click edit. Make any changes you want, and then find "save as", click "save as" and a drop down will appear. At the top of the drop down you will have choices, pick desktop. At the bottom you will see "file name" name your picture. Finally in "save as type" choose JPEG File. You can now close the photo editor, by clicking the red X.
3. Click the E-mail link and a blank e-mail will open.
4. You'll see an icon at the top of the e-mail which usually looks like a paper clip, this is to attach a file to your e-mail. Click the paper clip, locate the graphic on your computer you want to send.
5. Click the name and the graphic to be added to your e-mail, and then click open or attach in an area above the body of your e-mail. (This will add your graphic to the e-mail.)
6. Make sure you have included your name and telephone number.
7. Click send to send us your e-mail.
